Comment:

 Committed with changes in r129784.

 We are in the process of removing Python 2 versions less than 2.7 and
 Python 3 versions less than 3.4 from Python modules. This already happened
 for py-tox's dependency py-py in r127534, so it was necessary to remove
 those versions from py-tox as well.
