 This port uses a bundled copy of Devel::Checklib instead of the system
 version and that copy has been updated to version 0.99 in this version.
 After running Makefile.PL in the debugger it looks like this new version
 is broken.  It fails to find expat, even though it is installed.  Previous
 version (0.93) works fine.

 Current port version is useable and effects many ports since it is a
 dependency of intltool.

 Probably would be sensible to hold off on an upgrade or at least proceed
 cautiously until this problem is worked out.
