 One more question: what's the proper way to handle ports like `p5-email-
 mime-modifier` which were `replaced_by` another port already? (There is a
 similar situation with ports like `p5-foo` that have been `replaced_by`
 `p5-bar`, while `p5-bar` has been `replaced_by p5.16-bar`.)
