   /opt/local/bin/gff3_to_gtf.pl

   /opt/local/bin/make_intron_lenght_vs_performance_graph.pl
   /opt/local/bin/validate_gtf.pl

 However that is not "compatible" with MacPorts' idea where the port should
 be installable side-by-side for different versions of Perl.

 Please try to fix that or ask on the mailing list if you have problems.
