 Both p5-vcp-dest-svk and p5-vcp-source-cvsbk are now gone from CPAN and
 can probably be safely removed at this point.  svk is still available in
 CPAN but we don't have a port for it.  p5-vcp-autrijus-snapshot is still
 in CPAN but hasn't been updated since early 2005.  It could be retained
 but I'm suspicious of its utility without the other two.
