 netpbm 10.69 (r130434) fails to install pm_c_util.h even though it is
 included in the '''installed''' file pm.h.[[BR]]
 Upstream, the problem was introduced in
 [http://sourceforge.net/p/netpbm/code/2351/ advanced] and
 [http://sourceforge.net/p/netpbm/code/2320/ trunk].[[BR]]
 This breaks the builds of
 [https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/math/gts/Portfile gts], my
 own project, and probably others.[[BR]]
 Attached is a proposed patch to install the header file.[[BR]]
 I am not 100% sure this is the correct solution, but it seems to at least
 allow the broken packages to build.
