 Looks like the following are about to become obsolete (#46342) so they are
 candidates for the blacklist

 In addition, there may be other outdated ports that need to be declared
 obsolete.  I'm looking at the following where CPAN reports '410 Gone' in
 response to livecheck.

 Finally, I'm thinking that any ports that are in the blacklist should be
 reviewed to make sure that they handle the dropped subports in addition to
 any other replacements they may specify.
