 See the attached diff.

 cppcheck now includes config files that have to be stored at a location
 selected by the package maintainer, according to
 [http://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/cppcheck/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=590#p2814
 this post on the cppcheck forums]. So I put them into eg.
 `/opt/local/share/cppcheck` or whatever your prefix happens to be. I hope
 this is okay...
