 The log you attached is
 [http://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets.prerequisites
 incomplete] but I can reproduce the problem so I attached my complete log.

 The port is already using the latest version of the software, so please
 [https://code.google.com/p/iulib/issues/list report the problem to the
 developer of the software] so they can correct it. Once they do, we can
 update the port to the new version.
