 It looks like the snapshot is too new, I'll try rolling back to
 2014-01-05, but we might get hit by issue
 [https://github.com/mozilla/rust/issues/11162 #11162]. Larry, what do you
 think, should we add a note that the build is incompatible with llvm3.3
 active, or check and bail if it's installed at pre-configure?
