 This new port is needed for a new `py-flake8` port, to be submitted
 subsequently.

 The original name (PyPI name) of this port is `mccabe`, but as it is a
 `flake8` plugin. So I would prefer to have this appear in the port's name,
 which is more consistent with other plugins.
