 I would guess, duplicating a ticket is not the right strategy. If a ticket
 is okay, but not picked up the most promising way to get attention is to
 ping the developers list. Another think, is if you are the maintainer of
 the port, you better flag this.

 Ticket with "maintainer haspatch" are likely to get more attention as this
 usually implies little work.
