 Attached patch updates hdhomerun_gui port to version 20140128.  Uses the
 app portgroup to simplify creating a double-clickable Mac app.

 The updated port depends on hdhomerun being updated (see 42591).

 Note that with the update to VLC (in 41725), live television from an
 HDHomerun device can be easily tuned via HDHomerun_config_gui.
 SiliconDust does not provide this capability to OS X users via their pre-
 built software, so this is a unique feature provided by MacPorts.
