 This appears not to be a dependency problem but an intltool configuration
 problem. intltool installs the correct dependencies based on perl5.16 (the
 new perl default version) but you are still using perl5.12 (the old perl
 default).  This is a permitted configuration but you should be aware of
 it.

 Fix committed in r117464.
