 'from flask.ext.restful import fields' leads to the following import
 error: 'ImportError: No module named aniso8601'

 The update of flask-restful version 0.2.8 to 0.2.9 created a new
 dependency for python package 'aniso8601'.
 The latter is since version 0.2.9 imported by 'flask_restful/types.py'.
 (Downgrading to py27-flask-restful version 0.2.8 (revision 114324) worked
 again)
