 You must have installed some third-party software. Xcode doesn't install
 files to
 {{{
 /usr/local/include/stdio.h
 }}}

 Please try to figure out what software that is and remove it.
 That is: make sure that you won't have any leftovers in `/usr/local/`, at
 least not in `include/` and `lib/`.
