 As is, I'm against providing this type of compiler for just the OpenMPI
 port. Now that we have the
 [[https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/_resources/port1.0/group/compilers-1.0.tcl?rev=116540|compilers
 portgroup]], I would like to see other types of compilers added to that
 file so that all ports which use that group could benefit. So, if you
 could add this functionality to that portgroup (and open a new ticket,
 please) I'd work on getting it integrated.
