 By "appears to be due to a missing dependency" I mean that the port builds
 properly when I build on my system with my normal set of ports installed
 but fails on the build bots.  Can be replicated locally by doing the
 following to simulate the build bot environment
 {{{
 sudo port deactivate active
 sudo port install py27-goocanvas
 }}}
