 According to its error messages, the libavcodec audio decoders require
 mplayer2 to not have libavresample support explicitely disabled:

 {{{
 The player has been compiled without libavresample support,
 which is needed with this libavcodec decoder version.
 Compile with libavresample enabled to make audio decoding work!
 ad_ffmpeg: initial decode failed
 ADecoder init failed :(
 }}}

 The attached patch removes --disable-libavresample from the mplayer2
 configure arguments.
