 Attached are a portfile and patch for the rekonq KDE web browser.

 It builds and runs, but also appears a very useful tool to expose certain
 bugs in KDE's UI layer: the app crashes systematically after applying
 changes in the settings dialog. The crash occurs under KWindow's
 destructor, apparently not in rekonq code. Where should I submit a bug
 report for that?
