 nip2 uses goffice to display plots. nip2 is a gtk2 program, so it needs
 goffice08, the last version of goffice which uses gtk2.

 The nip2 Portfile currently lists goffice rather than goffice08 as a
 dependency. This patch fixes that.

 No other changes.
