 Do you have the quartz variant of tk installed? I don't think port is
 strict about honoring the lines…[[BR]]

 require_active_variants tcl "" corefoundation[[BR]]
 require_active_variants tk "" quartz[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 in the pymol Port file which is supported to keep pymol from being
 installed against the code foundation variant of tcl and the quartz
 variant of tk.
