 I don't know what "win32" is or if we need it. But instead of disabling
 bits of their software, why don't we report the problem to them and give
 them the opportunity to resolve it properly, like we usually do? I
 understand we've sent them one email, but we should file a bug report in
 the issue tracker mentioned above so that we can track their response, if
 any.
