 Thanks Ryan, yes compiles fine excluding the +compressed variant. Not sure
 why I had that in there anyway. And agreed, Mutt may be too 'customisable'
 for something like MacPorts without a standardised library of plugins etc.
 I may switch to building it outside of MacPorts.
