 I was confused when filing a previous ticket (#44343) about the Cc: field,
 and tried to clarify the language used in the Ticket Guidelines section of
 the guide:

 https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets

 Removes the somewhat vague "If this applies to you" clause and mentions of
 the committer-only Assign To: form element with easier to understand
 language, and provides instructions for obtaining port maintainer email
 information.

 Hopefully this is formatted properly, as I haven't touched docbook in
 years.
