 Yes, Xcode 3.2.6 is available for Snow Leopard, and you should upgrade to
 that version. See https://guide.macports.org/#installing.xcode.snowleopard

 I guess `__has_attribute` got added to clang after version 1.5, but by
 version 1.7. I've just installed Xcode 3.2 which comes with clang 1.0 and
 I'll see if I can replicate the problem there.
