 In addition to the vte gtk2 compatibility issue, this port also suffers
 from the, by now, well known intltool configuration issue.  This will
 cause configuration failure if the variants of perl5 and intltool are not
 the same.

 The attached patch is updated to include the fix which involves replacing
 m4/intltool.m4 with our patched version and reconfiguring with autoreconf.
