 There's yet another vips update. This one has a set of small fixes which
 let the ruby-vips spec tests all pass. Hopefullt this will be the last one
 for a while.

 I've attached a patch to update from the current portfile (7.40.2) to
 7.40.4. This obsoletes ticket #44233.
