 I also tried to build it myself using
 [https://www.gnu.org/software/mdk/manual/html_node/Basic-installation.html
 #Basic-installation their instructions], which doesn't work either. I get
 the same error in the make step as
 [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18951834/gnu-mix-development-kit-
 build-error posted here on stackoverflow] by someone else.
