 Please have a look at #44290. I put there a new Portfile and a patchfile
 to upgrade to a new, but unstable version. Could you please try compiling
 with these files, following the instructions given in the aforementioned
 ticket, and let me know if it solves the problem. In which case I will
 commit the Patchfile to trunk to let anybody upgrade.
