 Copy attached nameser8_compat.h to /opt/local/include and qmail-
 spamcontrol compiles. Be sure to execute the following commands before
 copying the file:

 port clean --all qmail-spamcontrol
 port install qmail-spamcontrol

 Many warnings appear after the Installing during the Updating database of
 binaries:
