 Since pidgin has been updated to version 2.10.9, pidgin-otr fails to
 configure. It cannot find pidgin anymore:

 I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling pidgin. Pidgin builds fine, but
 pidgin-otr still fails to find it during configure.
