 In general the MacPorts version of rpm is only intended for Darwin
 packages, and is not guaranteed to be compatible with RHEL6 and RHEL7.
 You could try a newer version (5.x), but otherwise you need to provide the
 actual package for anyone to try to help you. Or just use rpm2cpio...
