 Yes, as long as the project's don't use C++.  If the projects use C++,
 then that's not quite good for SL and earlier systems because the
 resulting port won't be using a system C++ runtime.  It'll be using the
 C++ runtime from the libgcc port which will make it incompatible with all
 other ports (which don't).
