 Attached is an alternate patch that fixes the build with port autogen
 installed and active (or at least works for me on 10.8.5).

 It uses --enable-local-libopts to ask gnutls to use it's private (local)
 version of libopts rather than looking for the version supplied by
 autogen.  This is the default behavior when autogen is not active so it
 provides uniform behavior in both cases.

 Have also added the dependency on unbound which enables DNSSEC, DANE
 support.
