 Correct, xcrun does not exist on any version of Xcode that runs on Tiger.
 I think we can ignore the error message about xcrun; I don't think it's
 related.

 The real problem seems to be that the python syntax used here is not
 available in Tiger's old version of Python. doxygen could use a newer
 python, either always, or only on systems with too-old python.
