 The only difference between the new Macbook and the old Macbook, other
 than their ages, is that the new one has settings migrated from the old
 Mac, and the old one now has a fresh OS build with nothing on it (but
 MacPorts). But like I alluded to, I did a fresh build of Macports on the
 new Macbook (after removing it completely ala
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/installing.macports.uninstalling.html])
 on both machines.
