 1) You should fix your locale. Find out in your dotfiles where the
 LC_CTYPE is set.
 2) Fix the PYTHONPATH variable. It looks like it's always pointing to the
 virtual environment. That can't be right, there must be a way to not use
 it, but I don't know virutalenv-burrito enough to help you, sorry.
