 Hi,

 Attached patch updates root6 to the new 6.00.00 production releases (
 Actually uses a slightly newer git tag, to get some fixes to the build
 system I first found when trying the new release and upstream and since
 fixed. )

 Also adds a couple new variants pythia and xrootd, that where missing in
 the first version of this port as they did not work in the beta. Now seem
 fine.

 Tested on OSX10.9. Might work on 10.8, probably not on anything newer.
