Ah, sorry. Yes, `libcxx` dependency should be removed.

I only noticed that later, but waited for more input as I'm not sure that
I understand already how this works.

When exactly would I want to disable the use of `c++11`? Would that work
at all? (I'm not sure what `-Dc++11=ON` or `-Dc++11=OFF` do to be honest.)
