 Jeremy pointed out that this was already fixed in r118085 r118735 r119034.

 But it's still outdated in
 [browser:branches/release_2_3/base/src/port1.0/portconfigure.tcl] as well
 as in the tagged 2.3.0 (subsequently also on the buildbots and on almost
 everyone's machine except for a few developers).

 Could the changes be merged with the branch at least?
