 OK. Try the following and attach the main.log if/when it fails:
 {{{
 sudo port clean qscintilla
 sudo port upgrade qscintilla
 }}}
 If this does not fail, then "port installed qscintilla" should now return
 a 2.8.2 version, which should allow you to upgrade the py27-qscintilla
 port.
