 OK. I'm terrible sorry.

 It seems the problem has not been the cmake-port but a damaged
 installation of XCode. To document my problem I reinstalled macports
 (tried this yesterday already with no success) and Xcode and after this
 cmake builds (well synergy still doesn't, but that's a topic for another
 task ;-)

 Thanks for your help and sorry again for raising the red light for the
 wrong reasons.
