gcc49 update and gcc410 request: Tickets 43502 and 43529

Is it possible to get some information on the timeline for an update of the gcc49 port to the stable release dated 22 April?  And also information about the request to create a gcc410 port?  The related ticket numbers are

The growing cc list, especially on the gcc49 request, suggest user interest.  Is it possible that gcc49 is no longer being maintained.  Previous updates happened roughly weekly.  I submitted the above tickets 7 weeks ago.
