 I committed r121090, but that's probably not the final answer yet as it
 doesn't create an app when using (the fallback) `wxGTK-3.0`, it doesn't
 work properly yet with the Cocoa interface and in the cocoa interface
 users might start asking for the command-line commands to open the app.
