 Committed in r121104.

 One warning on 10.6 includes #43924.

 To answer my own question about `lbistdc++`: it was committed in r110452
 by jeremyhu as "cmake: Don't use libc++ on Lion, even if we were told to."
 I can confirm that the build against `libc++` fails.
