 I would suggest to further discuss this in #34806 (which was closed, but I
 reopened it).

 We either need to compile all the dependencies with `gcc4X` or against
 `libc++`. The question is whether we could perhaps introduce some standard
 location where all such "duplicated ports" could be installed. (Rather
 than having `mkvtoolnix.boost` it would make sense to have something like
 `boost.libc` or `boost.gcc`.)
