 rtorrent will infinite loop if curl is not compiled with c-ares support as
 per [https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent/issues/208#issuecomment-46430123
 this bug upstream].  Please update the portfile so that it depends on curl
 being compiled with +ares.
