 The pgAdmin3 port user interface seems to have some drawing issues. The
 worst problem is missing text in some windows, such as the "Guru Hints"
 window. You can see this trying to connect to a server which is not
 listening on the configured port: a completely blank Guru Hint window will
 appear. I installed this port on two different computers and the outcome
 is the same.

 I then downloaded pgAdmin3 v. 1.18.1 from its website and the application
 works as expected.
