 Thanks, mcalhoun, for getting this port in place!  I haven't tried it yet,
 but I'll get there sooner or later.

 As for co-installability with qt4-mac: I'd suggest changing the qt_dir to
 "${prefix}/libexec/${name}".  That way there's no overlapping in any way,
 nor is there any default Qt -- we have to point the project at the
 specific version to find it. In my initial testing while I was playing
 with installing qt5-mac in parts, this is what I was doing and it seemed
 to work well. OTOH, there might be enough backward compatibility with Qt4
 such that we don't have to do a co-install. I haven't tested the Qt4/5
 compatibility to know.
